ACRO has a distinguished history of research and publication of research material spanning some 15 years. It is an organisation that has always sought to engage in cutting-edge research to assist in the development of government policy that gives effect to meaningful social change. At times this has incurred the displeasure of those for whom change is too challenging – but at all times it has responded to social need. This site is not inclusive of all ACRO Research Publications but does provide a synopsis of work undertaken over the past decade and a half. Other material has also been included that may be of some interest to students and teachers – including Papers delivered at major conferences throughout the world and significant Publications across the fields of community safety and crime prevention.
